Today was our first lecture of the new semester. And we didn't feel like attending the lecture and we ended up waking up late and went to resource center to kill time. Then, around 10-ish, Babe and I went to Pyramid for movies. Our first movie was Meet Dave. We insisted of watching it though we heard some bad remarks bout this movie; lame & illogical. Hmm..We do agree it was unrealistic and the storyline was average but we enjoyed the movie actually cos it was quite humorous and thanks to Eddie Murphy. Ok ok..You can call us lame. That's our review for this movie.

After the movie, we went for lunch at Nando's. HAHA..Babe ordered the portion more than me. And the funny thing was the waitress was shocked when she served the wrong food. HEHE..

Then, back to our 2nd movie. HEHE..We went for Forgetting Sarah Marshall. And this movie was much better than Meet Dave. It was really humorous and we felt bad for the guy but we think that the second girl suits him more. HEHE.A must watch movie.

8TH AUGUST 08, FRIDAY

Babe and her family are going back to Sitiawan today and will be back on Sunday.
Went to her house today to bring DingDong to my house as no one is gonna look after them. Went to her house to watch movie too.

Bye babe. I ll take good care of our daughters DingDong. Don't worry=D

And it's Beijing Olympic today!!The opening ceremony is gonna be awesome!!

MOVIE REVIEWS

7TH AUGUST 08, THURSDAY

Finally, a day which both of us are free. (work etc) HEHE..

We have planned to watch two movies today, one movie by ourself and the other one with Carol, Wen and Julia. Babe and I reached Pyramid at 11-ish to watch our first movie of the day, The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor. The theater was seriously cold and thank god I brought an extra shirt to cover Babe. And there were like less than 10 people watching it. Too early I guess. The movie was quite okay- not boring and had humors too. Isabella Leong as Lin=) Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh were awesome too. But the previous two Mummy movies were more humorous.

The movie ended around 1 and we went to Sakae for lunch as Babe was craving for its Don-Buri.

And around 2-ish, Carol, Wen and Julia arrived and we met up at the place beside the escalator to TGV. And so the girls did their hugging and chatting. I saw Steph on that day too. Always saw her in Pyramid. Then, we had to wait till 4 for the next movie and since the three girls were hungry, I brought them to Sushi Zanmai. (Thank me TING) Well, they ordered their sushis while Babe and I ordered just a cup of green tea. We just had Japanese. HAHA

Then, we went for our movie; Sex & the City. The girls were so eager to watch this movie and it was Carol's birthday and so we just 'cincai' follow her demand lar. HEHE.. I heard lousy remarks of this movie but I have never regret watching it(though we watched for FOC). It was filled with humors, then sad emotions etc etc. But cacat lar..Censored so many parts of the scenes..

Must buy DVD and watch.=D

MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN

6TH AUGUST 08

Babe's last day of work=D
Met up with Babe at Pyramid at night. She was there since morning due to work and also she accompanied her mom and sister to shop. Then, we went to watch Midnight Meat Train. The theater was packed though and thank god we were neither far nor near to the screen. HEHE. The movie was okay we would say; a movie with a hell of sudden scary surprises and climax and the killings and slaughterings were terrifying yet cool. The blood everywhere in the train. HAHA. Well, I am not gonna write a synopsis bout this movie. HEHE. We couldn't understand some of the parts and felt sick and tired of the movie and we hoped the movie ends fast. After the movie, we felt a lil dizzy and walked around Pyramid while waiting for Josh and Ting.

SATURDAY, 2ND AUGUST 08

THE AGENDAS AT THE HOTEL

Zzz..Sleepy and tired. Woke up at 8 after just approx 3 hours of sleep from yesterday's stay over at Holiday Villa. And everyone was not awake yet, except Sarah. At first I didn't notice her till I saw someone was on the sofa and it was her-lil man.HAHA. She was shivering and because of the cold temperature, she couldn't sleep the whole night. So sorry for her. Then we tried to wake Steph and Jojo up but only Jojo woke up. Then we pulled the curtain and the glaring sun shone towards them and all of them were grumbling. HAHA. In the end, all of them finally woke up and get ready to check out. And all of us went to the mamak opposite Pyramid for breakfast and all of us looked 'dead'. HAHA. Then all of us separated and left.

MOVIE with Babe
I met Babe at Pyramid and we went to the Sony Center to print out the pictures she wanted to print using the vouchers. Kinda cheap. 25 cents for a 4R but you need to print 100 pictures. Then we went for our first movie, Red Cliff. It was terrific and the way they handled the wars was awesome. HAHA. We liked it though some of the parts we can't really get it. =)

Then, we quickly went out from the theater to KFC to 'ta pao' 3 zinger burgers and back again to the cinema to watch Batman The Dark Knight even though Babe has watched it for 3 times, she still wanted to accompany me to watch. THANKS BABE.. It was a great movie and best movie of the year. Bravo. Applaud Heath Ledger, the Joker.

After the two great movies, we went to shop for photo album. We went a few shops and we ended up in S&J. Bought a Hello Kitty album for Babe as she loves it so much and she was getting excited to put the photos in it. Then, we went to Sakae cos Babe was craving for their Miso and also some of the sushi.

FRIDAY, 1ST AUGUST 08

I organized a reunion gathering for my ex form 5's mates at Sunway Pyramid as that's the only place that meets everyone's convenience. It was a big headache though to set the dining venue and the last minute of getting a room to stay for the night. Not gonna elaborate the process.=) I went to Holiday Villa first with Saaravana to check in and the room was huge and well worth the money and I got it 1/2 price for the J-car membership thing. Then I went to Pyramid while Saara went for his coaching in Mont Kiara. I quickly went up to TGV to find Babe and all I could saw was a very long queue lining up for the tickets and Babe was so busy till she didn't eat at all. I dashed off to buy her food and drink. Pity Babe. Always have no time to eat. After passing her the food, I went to search for the dining venue for dinner later and I came out with a few restaurants. And I waited for Sarah and Steph and we discussed and walked around and finally we booked Friendster Cafe. The food there was not worth the money and the drinks were not that great as we had expected. But we had alot of fun there though, catching up with everyone. Around 10, Ting, Saara, Josh, Steph, Sarah, Jojo and I went to Ming Tien for supper and we went back to hotel around 11.30. All the agendas happened no need to tell lar..HEHE..Lazy lar.
